TSM-Soft.com is an excellent freeware download center, we are here to collect your freeware to include to our freeware library. Our goals is to provide the end-users the finest, excellent and completed freeware library so they can find your freeware easily from our site, the benefits not only for the end-users, but also for the freeware developers. As a users, you don't want your freeware search item in search engines to return thousands of web sites that are not actually meet your search, and as a freeware developers, you don't want your site to hide behind thousands of web sites that will cause the users hard to find your site, hence the best solutions provided by TSM-Soft.com just bring you the best result, either for users or developers, we are try to make thing become easy, as a users, you enter the search string in our site search engine, the result will return immediately and with the amazing speed, as a developers, you submit your freeware to here, and if users need to download your freeware, they will just find it at here, everything are so simple and direct.

It cannot be denied, our site is still very new if comparing with other web sites, we do not have member services center for the freeware developers, we do not have file download counter for the freeware developers, but who care? As long as your freeware can be reached to the users and the users can find your freeware here, the rest can just be ignore, we are not the giant web site like other, this is the truth and we are not going to hide it. We have set our target to 100 000 page hit per day after 2 years, this is a long way to run, therefore we need your support, submit your files to include in our database, we help you to exposes it to the users, and you help us to increase the page hit, both of us work as a team. We do not accept fake freeware, shareware, trial software, demo software, commercial applications, software that containing adult content, illegal software and we do not accept underwear as well. :-) But we accept the freeware from beginner developer, this is an opportunity for those beginner to exposes your freeware to users, as long as you always come back and update it. We can hardly accept the shareware or demo that without the expire period. We also accept adware, linkware and donateware. If your software is not real freeware, please follow the submission guidelines as shown on below, if your software is real freeware, you can skip the table below:

Software Functions Limitations

Functions in freeware version must more than 70% of its function in full version. For example there are 100 functions in full version, but only 40 functions is available in freeware version, this is unacceptable. Functions should mean all functions in your software such as Cut, Paste, Live Update, etc.

Input & Output

If you software save any input for example customer records, or generate any output such as report, it must be able to perform more than 50% of what it does in its full version. For example in full version your software support 100 records, in your freeware version it must be able to save more than 50 records, and the same for the output report.

Games Function Limitations & Leveling

For your freeware version of games, the functions must more than 70%, and be able to save more than 50% of records comparing with the full version. If you games contained 100 levels, in your freeware version of games must have at least more than 50 levels, or 50% in percentage of the total level in its full version.

Other Acceptable Criteria

Advertising software or adware. Software that fully function without any limitations or expires period but displays the banner or any advertising message on the software or in other electronic format such as in program help file, readme.txt is acceptable. Example of popular adware is ICQ®. Software that displaying the Unregistered Version of screen every time the program loads or popup with certain period but with full function without any limitations or expires period is acceptable. Software that displays the Unregistered or Shareware version of message in its generated output in any type of electronic format such as report, email message or any type of documents is acceptable. Programming components for software development that will generate the Unregistered message on its generated EXE file or any type of output file with fully function without any limitations or expires period is acceptable. Wallpapers or any type of graphic media and screen savers that contained the Unregistered message is acceptable. Donate software that requires the user to donate but with fully function without any limitations or expires period is acceptable.

You are advice to submit the downloadable link to your file, provide the freeware description in details, as it don't have word limit, always a screen shot if possible, and a valid URL address. You are also advice to maintain your image URL, file URL, web site URL and email address and don't let them become expired. Always come back and update your freeware info page if necessary.

The rate system is generate by the users, they can enter any comment to your freeware, and they are allow to rate your freeware from 1 to 5 (5 is the highest rate for your freeware). At the moment we do not provide the page hit counter for any page in our site. We do not want the page hit serves as a measuring tool to guide the users to your product page, the users are smart, they will go to your freeware page if they want to download it. But we don't know whether we will add the page hit counter on the future or not. If the users found your freeware is good in quality, we have a multiple email program that the users can send your freeware page to their friend, recommend your freeware to their friends, bring more people to download your freeware. Each of your product info page will included the 'Download Tools', its User Update Notification and Download Counter to make user feel more comfortable will browsing or downloading your freeware on our site.

Your freeware will be included to the 'Freeware CD' that will be distribute to everywhere in this world.

Yes of course you must pay for it, but as far as the only USD15.00 per 2 months is concern, don't you think that this is the lowest price around the net to promote your shareware and demo? Plus, there are so many attractive features in this 'Featured Listing' to promote your shareware, its cost effective yet valued.
