Upgrade
It is always advisable to upgrade your current version to greater version. If you wish to upgrade make sure you uninstall the old version first and go inside C:\Program Files\Diary\ to delete everything before you want to install new version. But make sure you back the folders "Backgrounds, Diary_File, Email, Event_Backups, Exports, Music, Picture, and Skins" if contain anything inside.
First Time Login The default username, password and re-password is "user" without the "". Enter as "user" for all 3 fields, while your mouse cursor still in the third field (field of re-password) behind the last word of "user" which is "r", hit the Enter button from your keyboard. Possible Error

- Check to see if your Windows's directory is locate at C:\Windows

Check to see if your computer language is English based.

Check to see if you installed this program in C:\Program Files

Check to see if your computer OS is Windows 95/98/ME/XP
Error Opening (EOleSysError)
On attempting to open the program the error message 'The program has performed an illegal operation', 'Exception EOleSysError in module Diary.exe at 000CBE8D Class not registered'.
Other Solutions
- Install this program in C:\Program Files, therefore the full patch after installation should be C:\Program Files\Diary
- Make sure your computer system files is up to date.
Forgot Password
If you ever used the program before but then in one day you forgot the password, there is no way to retrieve it unless you get the password utility from us. This password utility is not free, but cost $10.00. If you want this utility please send us an email.
