| I have found when trying to use Instant Messenger programs such as ICQ, MSN or any of the other countless ones out there, trying to transfer a file between myself and the person I was speaking to proved to be unreliable to the extent that you wouldn't always get a connection between the two computers or you would lose the connection whilst transferring the file. As a result TransFile was born. I am not saying it is any more reliable than the file transfer capabilities of those IM's, but the times I have used it, it works works well. |
